North Sulawesi School Kids

A complete and very extensive package, which will enable them to get a job in the dive industry when they will graduate after 3 years. An education like this would not be possible without support from outside. This vocation education is only intended for children of the villages of whom the parents are not able to send them to high schools in the city. Automatically this also means that the extremely high costs of this education need to be paid through other sources. Besides support from companies as Scubapro and Divemasters Indonesia for the snorkel equipment and the support from PADI for books and certification envelopes, and a lot of support from our guests, Thalassa Dive Center supports the children by letting them use all equipment and supports with having them use the dive boats when necessary. Also Thalassa’s staff members Simone, Recky, Weidy and Anwar help out by teaching their specialism completely for free. We’d like to make a change in the future of these children.
